Treated Seba’s Golden Goodness Tender Soya Pieces – 3 Cups
Well Beaten Plain Yoghurt (Curd) – 1/2 Cup
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 table spoon
Vinegar – 1 table spoon
Oil – 1 table spoon
Chili Powder – 1.5 table spoon
Lemon Juice – 2 table spoon
Cumin Powder – 1.5 table spoon
Nutmeg Powder – 0.5 table spoon
Pepper – 0.5 table spoon
Green Cardamon Powder – 0.5 table spoon
Salt – 0.5 table spoon (or as per taste)


  • Mix all the ingredients to marinate the treated Golden Goodness Tender Soya Pieces.
  • Let the marinate stand for 3-4 hours, while stirring occasionally and pressing the chunks to be fully soaked in the marinate.
  • Spear the marinated Golden Goodness Tender Soya Pieces to a skewer while adding green peppers, onions and pineapples in between
  • Do the above for a dozen skewers
  • Grill the skewers an over open fire, while basting the marinating over the skewers occasionally
  • Continue till the Golden Goodness Tender Soya Pieces are golden brown
  • Serve hot with chutney or preferred sauces
