One of the many stops we stopped at during our Southern Province tour with our brand ambassador Lillian Elidah was Mukasa Jr Secondary School in Chomba and Kalomo Secondary School in Kalomo.

Chef Lillian Elidah taught the kitchen staff at the schools other cooking method of ensuring more healthy, tasty and filling Golden Goodness Tasty Soya Pieces and also introduced the staff members to the Golden Goodness Tasty Soya Mince.

The smiles on the children s faces and the dedication the staff have to enrich the minds of Zambia's future is commendable.

Looking for something to cook or eat this evening? How about we make a very quick, simple, goodness throw together of a meal.

The Golden Goodness "Chili with Soya"

Portions: 4-6 people

Ingredients
1 cup Goldengoodness soya pieces
1/ cup of baked beans
2 tbsp, tomato paste
2 medium, tomatoes, grated
2 onions, finely chopped
3 tbsp Sun Soya cooking oil
3 tbsp mixed dry herbs
1/4 cup water
1 chili stalk, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2 yellow and red bell peppers

Method
Bring water to boil in a medium large pot
Add 1 cup Golden Goodness soya pieces & cook for 5-7 minutes
Squeeze out the water from the Goldengoodness soya pieces and put aside
Using a medium pan, heat up 3 tbsp of Sun Soya cooking oil ,
add your tomato paste, onions and Goldengoodness soya pieces and sauté together until well incorporated
Add baked beans, 1/4 of water and simmer for about 5-7 minutes
Add the mixed dry herbs, salt and pepper and stir well
Add the two cut bell peppers and chili pepper to the dish
stir well
serve with a pilaf rice or ordinary Nakonde rice

If you have if you have left over chicken or meats inside, throw them all in.
